Import GPX file

I used to use RunKeeper and Nike+ and want to import those activities into Garmin Connect. How do I do it? Thanks!

Garmin Connect has an import function. Go to the left side of the page and select the three bars icon, then select activities on the flyout. Another option is to get this https://tapiriik.com/ I've not used it, but others here do. It doesn't appear to help you with nike+ though
