Uploading training plan

It used to work fine, until today. Mij FR220 cut off my schedule (marathon intermediate): it just stopped today and all the planned workouts in mij training plan had disappeared.

OK, simply download the training plan again. Just like my watch asked me to do when I try to select a training day (from the main menu: select training, than select training plan: 'download you training plan'.
BUT HOW?

It was such a nice feature: never having to download workouts, just goto the designated training day, select the scheduled workout and GO!

I did it once, but with the new interface I just can't seem to download it again (even so with the old interface).

Please, is there anyone who can help me?
  • Do you see workouts in your calendar on the modern Garmin Connect? You may have to make to enable showing your training plan on the calendar to make them visible...

    • Click the three horizontal bars icon on the left edge of the screen, near the top.
    • Click the word Calendar.
    • Look to the left of the calendar, just to the left of the cell labelled Sunday. You should see two vertical grey bars. Click these bars to show/hide the check boxes.
    • Ensure that the check box next to your training plan is enabled.

If you don't have a training plan listed, then you need to go to the training plans page and schedule a training plan. Assuming that you do have a training plan listed, and you still have upcoming workouts for that training plan, you just need to send the plan to your Garmin device...

    • On the modern Garmin Connect calendar page (steps 1 and 2 above), look to the top-right corner of the calendar. You will see Week, Month and Year buttons. Right next to the Year button is an arrow button. Click the arrow button. A popup menu will appear.
    • Click Send Workouts to Device. A popup should appear that will help you to send your scheduled workouts to your device.
  • Thank you for your help, but the actual transfer to my watch does seem to take take place. But still it keeps telling me to upload my agenda. For all I know I've been uploading workouts, not an actual agenda. I would be thinking to see lots of workouts, but that also is not the case. So not al lot of workouts (there should be a transfer of 42), and no agenda. Pfffft.

I am having the same issue. I went to run this morning, tapped training calendar and all my previous workouts were there, but nothing after yesterday's appeared. I have tried to upload the training calendar again but for some reason it is not uploading to the watch, although it says updating.
