I've been away on holiday and saved a couple of my runs onto my Garmin310XT. How do I download these onto my Garmin Connect page? I've got an ANT and have tried switching the Garmin on by my laptop but doesn't seem to want to download. Can anyone help?

Is your 310XT paired to the computer you've got the ANT Agent installed on? I'm guessing not. If that is the case, then this support page describes how to do that.

Many thanks for the reply. Actually this is the laptop the 310XT is normally paired with, that's why I;m a little confused. In the past it just downloads automatically after my run, but I don't save it onto the 310. Because I was away I did this time!

Does the 310 show that it's transferring activities when you've got new data on it and bring it into range of the computer? If not, I'm guessing you should re-pair the device to the computer. Otherwise you might have a corrupt fit file.
