Can't download GPS data from Connect

Hi team

I'm trying to export the GPS data for a few bike rides from GC to upload to another site.

I can download this for most of these rides, but the longest ride isn't working when I try to download it as either a GPX and TCX file. The GPX only contains the activity name and date, and the TCX only contains the lap summary data.

When I view the activity on GC all the data seems to be there- I can see HR, cadence, speed etc, but it just won't export.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there a size limit for exporting data? This ride was over 8 hours long.

It appears that data for some activities was lost at some point in the recent past. Some people started seeing similar problems as early as February, and I've noticed it with a few of my activities last month. I'm not sure what happened, but I have my doubts that you'll be able to get that data back (unless you have a copy of the original fit/tcx/gpx data).
