New device pair

Can anyone help? I installed the app and paired it. The serial number is visible in the app. Unfortunately the device ONLY flashes PAIR and the 4 digit number. I cannot get it to do anything else. HELP!
The device? Garmin makes quite a few and when you include all the third party devices that are compatible with Garmin, my chance of guessing what two you are wanting to pair is very low.
Sorry couldn't resist......... Just let us know what devices you are trying to pair and we'll try to help. But typically, you'd get better responses if you post in the forum that is for your device. This one is really for issues with the Garmin Connect website.
