HRM not sync with Vivofit phone app.

My Vivofit came witht the HRM, while I use it, it reads my heart rate and I couls see it on my watch. Once I am done working out, I sync the watch with my Iphone app, but it is not reading it. It is not showing me my different levels and it is like I did nothing (and trust me... I did!!). So I open my fitnesspal and it shows the amount of calories burned with the HRM reading. Why then my app is not reading my HRM information? Somewhere somehow it works because Myfitnesspal reads it, but why not showing it in the phone app? I have tried to sync it different ways, turning off the HRM then sync, or sync with HRM still on. It still not working at all. I am getting really frustrated with this. PLEASE HELP!!!

    Nothing at all. I have been searching everywhere in the FAQ, manuals, HRM manual, other forums, email Garmin about it twice, reset it, delete it and NOTHING!!! It is very very upsetting because this is not a cheap devise.
  • If your HR monitor is paired with the Vivofit correctly and you see HR data on it, then your issue is likely in the phone app. If it's the Garmin App, you'll find more people familiar with it in the Garmin Connect Mobile forum or possibly in the vivofit forum.

    I will check it out but I wonder why then it does not upload in the garmin express from my pc as well?
  • Are you saying that when you allow Garmin Express to sync your activities with Garmin Connects website that you don't see your HR there either? Or are your activities missing from Garmin Connect as well?

    Correct. I have sync with both express and connect and the activity is no where to be found. The last activity was dated 8-4 and I have been working out every day. I really wonder if it's me doing something wrong or the app. But then I read many other ppl having the same issue.
