Lately I have been having issues with syncing the information from my vivofit. While the ANT stick successfully registers the information, and the sync is showed to be completed, the information on garmin connect sometimes does not update the amount of steps or any information. Another case that occurs is when the total steps are updated but the total number does not update in the challenge. Both times are not fixed but refreshing the page, closing the browser or the tab. It usually goes back to normal on Monday when the final challenge is over and another one begins (so whatever place you're in is not updated either). Although the benefits still take place in real life, it's frustrating being in a challenge if it's uncertain that your efforts will be recorded.
Has anyone else had these problems?
I'd love to have these issues resolved so that my progress can be recorded at a reasonable time.
