Connect to Express - All workouts missing

Hello,

I was prompted to move from Garmin Connect to Express. The download was completed successfully and my watch synched however; all workouts from the last month are missing. Any recommendations are appreciated.

On a related note it too bad the system recognized me as a new user and congratulated me on my new watch... even though I have been a user for years.

Thanks for any help/ guidance.

  • Garmin Connect didn't go away. Garmin Connect is a website that you can view your activities on and track them. Garmin Express is a program that you download and install on your computer that does many different functions, some related to the updating of the firmware on your device and also allowing a means for your activities to be 'synced' or uploaded to Garmin Connect with minimal intervention on your part (once you get it installed and configured properly).

    I suspect that as your past activities are missing, and you say you were recognized as a new user, that maybe you accidentally created a new account on Garmin Connect. I don't use Garmin Express on my computer yet, so I have no idea how to tell you to go about checking to see if this is what happened. If no other user here gives you any help, then don't hesitate to go to the Garmin Support website and let them know what you think is going on. You'll be dealing with Garmin employees over there.
