Upload single activity to Garmin Connect

Last week I uploaded my activities to Garmin Connect. I was logged into Garmin Connect and putting in my comments into one of the activities I had. When I went to go to the next activity the page crashed and I lost just that activity. I was wondering how I could force upload that one workout back to Garmin Connect? I thought it might show up the next time I did an upload but it hasn't. ~Thanks for any help.
  • I don't know how you are uploading activities that would allow multiple activities to be uploaded at once but wouldn't save them to Garmin Connect before allowing you to edit them. Something about the process that you are outlining is not right.

If you want to re-upload an activity, you probably have the data you want to upload on your computer already. If you are using Garmin Express, you can find the location of your files given this article. Once you find the files, you can use the Import link on the Activities page in the modern Garmin Connect to re-import the file.

    Thanks Travis.

I use Garmin Express to upload the files to Garmin Connect. While I was in Garmin Connect (modern mode) I was updating my activity and when I went to move to the next activity the page crashed and that activity was deleted for some reason. I wasn't sure how to upload just that one activity. I wasn't able to upload the activity through Garmin Express but while having the watch connected to the computer I was able to get to the file to import. Thank you for your help and steering me in the right direction.
