Specifically, are you talking about the 'export' feature located near the top of the page when you view your individual activity information?
If so, it works for me, but I don't have a 310xt, which should not make a difference, other than some programming oversight is possible. A more likely issue is a connectivity, security or other browser/javascript issue that you may have to find on your computer.
Does anything happen at all when you click on export? Have you since gone back and tried to export some of your activities from the 800? If so, are they working correctly?
