leaderboard showing locked zero steps

Went under settings and privacy and have participate in leaderboards ON but still no luck...

The lock means that your data can't be seen by your "connections". If you change your privacy to allow connections, it can take up to a day to take effect, as it seems to go into effect the "next midnight".
