Track run with phone, how to import to Garmin connect?

I track my run with my phone, is there a way or specific program/app that allows transfer to Garmin connect. I have a vivofit and it does not have tracking.

What software are you using to track your run with your phone now? Without knowing that bit of data, nobody will able to tell you what you need to do to get it to Garmin Connect.
