Forerunner 15 Steps not showing

Hi,

I was recently given the forerunner 15 as a gift, so far I love the idea of it. I think I have it set up right on the garmin express and the garmin connect. On the garmin express, it gives me the green bar that everything synced and gives me the link to the garmin connect. But when I go to check my steps on the dashboard, it shows no step data, help!!

This is probably best asked in the FR15 section of these forums, but I will say, are you looking at the same account in GC that you specified in Garmin Express? Did you refresh your view in GC after syncing?

Thank you!! I had previously linked the account, but when I closed the express and reopened it, the account was no longer linked. Thanks for the help!!

So it now works? I've had an FR15 since the first day it was available, and it's a nice device. There is a firmware update due "later this summer" that will clean up some things, but nothing major....
