My garmin connect now logs into someone else's page

When I log into garmin connect I now get the profile of someone who lives in japan, along with it being localised into their language, I would say Japanese but I don't understand the symbols.
Who am meant to contact to get this sorted?

I've experienced the same thing recently. Most of the pages look fine, but then when I headed to the Segments they were somebody else's completely, not even near to where I live.
