Calendar goals do not pick up weekly, uploaded training

The Goals option in the Calendar program (e.g., goals for cycling distance), which I have established for weekly intervals, do not reflect the miles upload from my Garmin device. When you click on goals it always displays 0% complete. Is there an issue with the new upgrades to Garmin Connect?
