can't upload to garmin connect

Hi, I am unable to upload to Garmin Connect - the home page appears but when I click on the icons nothing happens.

What device? Connect Modern or Classic? What 'icons' are you clicking on? Are you able to post a screenshot?

Need a bit more information to help you ...

Hi

Its a forerunner 10 - its Garmin modern. There are four icons down the left hand side if I click on any of them nothing happens. Below is a link - sorry I'm not very technical couldn't attach a screen shot. I usually have no problem uploading and do not usually get directed to this page. Appreciate the help :)

It's all working for me. When you view it do you only see the icons on the left hand side with the centre area just blue? If so something on your PC is blocking the site.

Could be various ... firewall, ghostery etc. Ghostery seems to cause lots of issues, if you're running that I'd check it first.

OK, I will check - I have just tried logging on to garmin classic and have been able to upload my runs without any problems. Thanks for your help :)
