having trouble accessing the dashboard. Synced up, everything is working on the device, but I can't get to the dashboard. I double click on my dashboard and nothing happens. Does anyone else have this problem?
What do you see? Do you see the words CONNECT powered by Garmin near the top-left of the page, a column of grey/white icons on the left, and Help Facebook Twitter Statement of Privacy Terms of Use in grey on a dark blue background? If so, it is very likely that your problem is caused by a browser extension, proxy, or firewall blocking access to AddThis or Tealium. Most often this is caused by a privacy browser extension like Ghostery or Disconnect. You can temporarily disconnect extensions to see if they are the cause. Once you find the offending extension, you can usually add *.garmin.com to a whitelist, or just disable the previously mentioned sites to the allowed list when referenced from *.garmin.com.
