Public courses are not public

I have course http://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/7419929, which is marked public, but when another user who is not logged in tries to reference it, it doesn't show up. Seems to defeat the purpose of 'public'.

Yeah, this is annoying and you're not the first person to mention it. For the time being you can use

http://connect.garmin.com/course/embed/7419929

i.e., take the url, remove modern/ and add embed/.
