I don't know what you did , but I can no longer upload from my 500.

I can upload from my edge 500. If you give a little more detail about where your problem uploading occurs, maybe someone here can help you.

By the way, for all practical purposes this is a peer-to-peer or user-to-user help forum. If you feel you need to deal with Garmin on the isssue, then you need to go to the Garmin Support website.
