I'm getting the error 'Users younger than 13 are not permitted to have Garmin Connect accounts. The birthdate you provided indicates you are younger than 13. Unfortunately, this means we had to delete your account and personal information.
Your activities will be deleted if you don't download them now.'
I had a look at my profile settings and my year of birth had changed to 2001, it is actually 1978! I have changed it back and synced the device again but still see this warning.
Is there any way to reverse this or will they really delete all my history? I'd be pretty pissed off if they did that.
I'd download the data now just to be safe. Then I'd call (via telephone so I got an answer in a reasonable timeframe) Garmin Support and try to figure out what is going on.
