up loading new activites??

please can somone explain to me how to upload new activites??.. cant find the upload button??..

There is an Import link on the Activities page that serves the same purpose as the Upload button from the classic Garmin Connect. That said, if you've installed and configured Garmin Express correctly, it should do your uploads automatically.
