Hi, I am hoping that proficient Garmin users will be able to help me. I have been using an Oregon 600 and Edge 500 for the past 12 months successfully. However, on downloading the new Garmin Express software as the site instructed, i can no longer use the Oregon 600. I have used the web updater and it is showing as 'connected' when I look at devices, but it will not recognise it when I want to download routes to the device. The Edge 500 runs automatically. What can i do to fix this? Is there any way to run it on the old Garmin software that ran perfectly? Anyone's advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Garmin makes a statement that Garmin Express works with Garmin Connect for all it's 'fitness devices' of which the Oregon 600 is not one. However you may be able to use the "import" feature located at the top of the page when you open the 'activities' panel.
