How to Upload Activity Forerunner 110

It has been a while since I uploaded my runs, and when I logged in this morning the whole web site has changed. Not for the better if you ask me. Not digging the interface. Case n point, no idea where/how to upload runs from my forerunner. It used to be sooooooo simple. A prompt appeared in the upper right corner of the home page. Can someone please provide info on how to upload runs to the site from my forerunner please. Much thanks

Addendum: Finally found the Import link and when I click it a window pops up that says:

Manually upload activities to Garmin Connect from your computer.

Browse button (click button)

We currently support .tcx .gpx and .fit files.

Upload activities from file (click button)

Neither of these get me to the info stored on my Garmin. What am I looking for in Browse, what file and am looking for in "Upload new activities". Still waaaaay too complicated and confusing
  • I've been using Garmin devices for about 8 years and I've never seen a prompt appear on the upper right corner of the home page. There used to be an upload button, and from there you could use the Garmin Communicator Plugin to pick activities to upload, but that was it.

It seems that you should be using Garmin Express to upload your activities. Have you tried uninstalling the old Garmin software you may be using (ANT Agent, Communicator Plugin, ...) and installing Garmin Express? You can download it from here. Once you've got it installed and configured uploads should happen automatically every time you connect your device.

Glad to hear you've been using Garmin devices for 8 years ... prompt = upload button
  • Actually, my statement was completely inaccurate; My first recorded activity in Garmin Connect was 2010.
