What good is this if I have a garmin 10 and cannot upload my data. Maybe classic view will be around for a while so we can upload our data. This was the whole reason to buy the watch for running and tracking my time. What is the garmin connect for if you cannot upload your runs.
I assume you mean a Forerunner 10. According to buy.garmin.com, that's a "mass storage" device, so it mounts as a disk attached to your computer when you plug it in. So the files (probably .fit, but I'm not sure since I don't have one) are available on your computer, and you manually upload them to Garmin Connect. Or, if you're running Windows or Mac OS X, you download and install a copy of Garmin Express, and then you can arrange to have your files uploaded automatically every time you plug your Forerunner into your computer.
Or, if you don't like Garmin Connect, use something else. There are many other web sites available. I use Strava and RunKeeper in addition to GC (I'm a cyclist, not a runner, so I'm using an Edge 800). The Communicator Plugin still works on those sites.
