The feed (there was only one that I knew about) isn't anywhere on the modern Garmin Connect as far as I can tell. I checked and the feed on the classic Garmin Connect dashboard still works for me. That said, there was someone last week complaining that the feeds weren't working for him either.
As a test, my feed can be found here. I'm having no trouble loading it from my browsers (chrome, and internet explorer) when logged in or not.
