New Look Doesn't See my 800

Under the old Garmin Connect, I can see and upload from my Edge 800. With the newly designed Garmin Connect, it says it doesn't see my 800. I have to switch to the older view. Any hints on how to make it see my 800? I re-downloaded Garmin Express and it sees the 800, by the way. Help!!!

Have you tried removing your Garmin device from Garmin Express and then manually adding it back?

I have the same issue. Do not see any way of removing the device from Garmin Express. Garmin has the poorest software I have ever seen - why doesn't Garmin Express do more of the UI to interface with the website in the background? Why am I dealing with two products and they do not play well with each other. On my Mac, they lose sync with each other all the time. I think the easiest answer is to use Ride with GPS and back Connect for a while until they get their act together.
