Can't get my info. from my Forerunner 10 uploaded to Garmin Conncect

After working fine a day ago, today I was unable to upload my run onto Garmin Connect. I keep getting an error message. I tried changing to Firefox and Google Chrome, but it didn't make any difference. The data is on the watch, fortunately. Anyone else having issues?
The problem is not likely to be browser related. Most likely it is an issue with Garmin Express, the software that syncs your activity data up to Garmin Connect.
what error message are you getting? When do you see it? What have you tried?
