I did a 90 mile bike ride the other day and synced my data like i have always done. It looked like it was transferring but when i went to garmin connect to view and analyze my data i could not find it. I didnt think anything of it at the time and tried the next day. same thing happened. no data. so i did a test workout and that synced just fine. all workouts after that bike ride have showed up as well. The workout is still in my watch but i cant get it to upload to GC. I tried the manual upload and i cant seem to find the file. i would appreciate any help i can get. thanks in advance.
