I accidentally deleted an activity from Garmin Connect and I would like to recover it. The activity is still on my Forerunner 310XT. I am using Garmin Express and OS X Mavericks 10.9.4. Please help!
You might be able to find the .fit file in the location described in this article. Once you've found the file, you can upload it by clicking the Import link on this page.
