If I remember correctly, you can get an publish your calendar (I believe it is in .ics format) from Garmin Connect. You can then point your smartphone/tablet/calendar app at the url and you can see your workout calendar right in your regular calendar app right along with your dental appointment.
I'm using the Garmin Connect app for Android and the Garmin Fit app for Android. When I head outside for my morning run, I'd like to see the calendar via the Garmin Connect App. That way I can review my training plan for the day before I begin my run. It seems like almost every other widget from the website is available in the mobile app. So, why not the Calendar? It's frustrating to have to log on to my PC just to review my training plan for the day.
As per Travis comment above just publish your connect calendar you can then see it in your normal mobile phone calendar app - I do that on my Samsung S3 using the standard Samsung calendar and it works a treat. I can also appreciate that it would make sense if it was available in the connect app too :)
is ridiculous, we can send an activity from the app to fr620 but we can't modify the activity in the app.. with the calendar we need only to use the site..why?? GARMIN!!!!
