Unable to create course

I'm unable to create a course in Connect, is anyone else having this problem? Tried in both IE and Firefox. The screen just hangs in both with a 'loading' message. Tried in old and modern view as well, doesn't work.

Garmin can you fix please.

It's working fine here. I just created a course for my Saturday ride here.
