MyFitnessPal Widget

Just seen mfp has been added as a widget - sync's great with MPF and also sends the calories burnt during a cycle to MFP.

Def a step in the right direction.

GC is slowly starting to take shape. Getting better by the day.

Now just sort out the segments!

Update: Just when I thought it was all working - looks like it doesnt sync anymore.

Stuck on Syncing with MyFitnessPal......

For me it was on the main page - Calories In/Out.

There is a Calories In/Out off the main menu but that doesn't seem to do anything

Sync Garmin data with other programs/ apps

I have not been able to sync my Garmin data with ANY other programs since mid-June when I got the download for the new Connect. BodyMediaFit, and MapMyRun are the most important to me but the data simply doesn't go ANYWHERE. Is there a fix in process for this? I would expect that this sort of glitch would have been corrected with a software update within a few days, but after 6 weeks, I still can't import my HR or mileage data from Garmin to the other fitness sites that I use.

It is not a software issue, it is a matter of Garmin's policy about the access to their API.

Another day and still no fix in sight. Also heard nothing from Garmin on the call I logged.

Some feedback from Garmin would be nice - are they aware of the problem, are they looking into it?

Starting to get fed up with Garmin and all their bugs.

Is this widget still available? I would like to know how many calories I have left for the day from MyFitnessPal on my watch. However, I can't seem to find any app that does that. The Calories widget by Garmin just tells me how many calories I've burned for the day. It does not indicate anything about what I've consumed. Anything else that will work?

Same what? The opening thread (6 years old) speaks about a new MFP widget (in that time). Did you come here to tell everyone that you have just found the widget 6 years later?

As far as I know there was never an MFP widget for Garmin devices. The widget this thread is referring to is one of the widget tiles you can display on the Garmin Connect website.
