Vivofit data not showing up in my account or dashboard

I sync'd my new vivofit and ANT stated that all of my data was uploaded but no data is showing up in Garmin Connect for my device. Tried uploading several times. Each time ANT window says data was successfully uploaded. Why do I have no data showing up for my device in Garmin Connect?

    Day #2 with zero success uploading my data to Garmin Connect. Wish I had known that Garmin's IT sucked before I purchased the Vivofit. Am very disappointed.

    Same issue since July 17! I have been back and forth with Garmin - they continue to have no answer and claim the data is there. I am calling once again today. Please update if you have any answer and I will as well.

    Working with phone support, we had to start over: install Garmin Express, reset device, and pair. I was able to upload new data after we did this. Hope you don't have to do this.

    Had a similar problem. could not synch Connect to Vivofit for the last two days. Message displayed was 'could not sync activities. device NOT set as your activity tracker. go to garmin connect' Tried all the remedies mentioned across forum, but what finally worked was removing the vivofit from connect and reinstalling it as a new device. All data synched and is working as it should now. There was no loss of data on connect from deleting the device and adding as a new device. try it.

    I have the same problem and have emailed support, did you manage to get your data to show in the end?
