I wanted to export a ride (Activity) that another cyclist uploaded, one that I found using the Garmin Connect's Explore feature. I've exported gpx & tcx but they seem to be empty. Neither gpx nor tcx will import into another website I use for course creation, and when I use a simple text editor to look at the tcx it's basically just a header without data. I tried exporting to Google Earth but Garmin Connect is giving me a "webpage is not available error".
Next I tried creating a Course within the Garmin Connect site, but when I do that no route is drawn on the map even though the distance and pace is displayed. After saving the course, though, even the distance and pace disappear.

Does export or course creation for this activity fail for anyone else? Any idea what's wrong?
