I would like to upload courses I have on my device to Connect? What are the steps for doing so? I have done the opposite, Connect to Device, but I have courses already on the device that I want to save.
You can't. If you've ridden/ran the course before, you can open up the activity and click the Create Course link to create a course from an activity, but that is as close as it gets.
If you haven't ridden/ran the course before and you are really persistent, you might be able to (depending on the device you have) get the course file off of the device and convert it to an activity (with fake timestamps in it). Then you could upload that activity to Garmin Connect and convert it back to a course.
