Garmin, since your new "better" upgrade on Garmin Connect, I can't get my 310XT to finish uploading. The load bar appears to have started but stalled out after only a few seconds; I have been waiting for 3 hours for it to do something more, without luck. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get this working in the next 2 days? Would like to download my workouts before IM Lake Placid this weekend. Garmin, Please be useful again.
Short term solution might be to figure out where Garmin Express stores a copy of your activity on your PC/Mac and then try to use the new Garmin Connects "import" function to get it to GC. If you go back to the old or classic Garmin Connect, it is the 'manual upload' function you want to use.
If you don't get a real solution from a user here, then don't hesitate to call or email Garmin Support. Support is free whether in warranty or not.
