I bought my Garmin 200 off eBay. There's some information saved on the computer which I can't erase either through the Garmin computer or Garmin connect. Does anyone know how to do that?

Not quite sure what you mean - what data are you referring to?

Also which garmin 200 - is it the edge 200 if so then reset as follows

You could always do a master reset. That will reset the device back to its original settings, like it just came out of the box.
