Forerunner 110 Garmin Connect Issues

I have been experiencing an issue, where I go for a run and record my run on my Garmin Forerunner 110. I can open up this run in history, on the watch, and view it just fine. However, when I come to upload it to Garmin Connect - nothing. It does not recognise that the run exists. The strange thing is that this is not happening for every run! It seems to happen for random runs, as I cannot seem to spot any patterns. Does anyone have an suggestions for a way to fix this and/or prevent it happening again? Thanks.
