Sync not working in new GarminConnect

Hello,
In the new version of GarminConnect, I don't seem able to sync/upload my new activities from my Edge800 (I can't see an obvious upload button, and have tried clicking the sync tab on the left hand side but it just says nothing to sync now, even though I know I have new activities on my Edge unit). However when switching to the old version of GarminConnect and clicking upload, it works just fine and detects and uploads the new activity, as it has always done. Can anyone tell me what's going wrong, or what I'm doing wrong?

  • If you are looking for something similar to the Upload button from the classic Garmin Connect, go to the activities page and look for the Import link on the right side.

    It sounds to me that you've been doing manual uploads using the upload button for some time and are frustrated that things have changed. If you install Garmin Express, the uploads to Garmin Connect should happen automatically when your device is connected to your computer.
