My wife has a 310xt and I have 910xt. We both have different usernames etc but today when uploaded new data, all her stuff appeared on my dashboard. This has not been the case before. Can anyone tell me who to stop this happening

Did you recently make any changes to the software configuration (did you install, or change a setting in either Garmin Express or ANT Agent)?
If you are using Garmin Express, start it up and select the 310XT from the dropdown menu on the left and then click the Device link on the right. Scroll down to the Garmin Connect Account section. Do you see your account information, or hers? I'm guessing you'll see yours. If the information is wrong there, click the Change Account button and supply the necessary information for her account.
If my assumptions above are wrong, or you see something different from what I describe, post back here and let me know what is different.
