Segments not working even though header says that they are

Every time I click on the + link to create a segment I get a message that the page can't be found.

The requested URL "connect.garmin.com/.../544272824" cannot be found or is not available. Please check the spelling or try again later.

It seems that something is wonky on your end. I have no problem loading up the page.
