Segments page is blank

Hi,

I have 7 segments and they were updating just fine. However, as of yesterday, when I go to my segments page, the page is nearly blank.

I still see my segments in my Garmin Connect Android App. They are just not appearing on the Connect web interface.

I've attached a screenshot.

    I have also seen my data disappear from a leaderboard after being present for some time
  • The icon near the far right of the address bar indicates that Chrome is blocking cookies for one reason or another. It could be related to this, or it could be some other plugin.

    Hi,

    I unblocked cookies in Chrome and also tried to load the page in Safari. No luck. Screenshot attached.



    If it helps, I know precisely when my Segments disappeared. I had created a new Segment and clicked the [Save] button. There was no feedback that the segment was saved successfully so I clicked the "disabled" [Save] button again. When I reloaded the Segments page again, all segments were gone. So something about clicking the [Save] button while it was in the "disabled" state seem to cause the issue.

  • something weird is happening to segments, one i created had 30 people on the leaderboard, now their are 2.

    Also why it takes 2-3 days to show up after you complete an activity i dont know, strava seems to keep upto date instantly.
  • I don't know why Garmin can't get this segment stuff right, I switched to modern but none of my workouts have crossed any segments according to Garmin, plus I have created 2 new segments but it still hasn't sorted the leaderboards after nearly a week, gonna stick with Strava I think, Garmin connect modern sucks.
