Not uploading data

I'm in the UK and although it says it's syncing and uploading the run data, when I log onto my Garmin Connect dashboard my last training session isn't uploaded.

It also says that there is a software update (v2.30) for my forerunner 410 but again, won't allow me to update.

HELP?!

Nigel _ i feel your pain. 2 sessions down and neither up-loaded. Ant Agent shows them synching with Connect - go to Connect and NOTHING, go to Strava NOTHING and.. session deleted from from Forerunner too! Maybe take the Polar next time, unless someone can help?!?!!

I tried downloading and installing GArmin Communicator plug i and recorded a 10 sec session and it sync'd ok with GC and Strava
