Problems conecting my accesing my Garmin ant

My Garmin ANT will not allow me to download data from my device because I don't have the correct user name or password. How can I fix this? Apreciate any help. Thank you.

You don't need a username/password to download data from any Garmin device that I know of. What device are you using, and what software are you using to access the data?
