Workout's wont upload

2 days ago I was able to upload Garmin connect workouts to my watch, yesterday I created some workouts for my girl friend (on her connect account) tried to upload to her watch last night and couldn't get Garmin connect to send the data to the new Express. Also tried it with my watch and couldn't get anything either...

Anyone else??? very frustrating...!!!!!!!

OK, I have 1 computer and 2 watches a 310xt and a 405cx, when I open the garmin connect account for the 310 I can send I workouts to Garmin express which then loads to the 310 watch. When I try to send a workout for the garmin connect account with the 405 it never sends anything to Garmin express... But Garmin express will upload activities from the 405 to Garmin connect..... Ah this is really annoying..

I've removed express from my computer and reinstalled it, I've deleted the 405 from the device list and synced it. I still cannot upload workouts to express for this device... Could there be an issue with express having multiple devices?
