Adding humidity and/or dewpoint to help normalize running data

This was a request from 2010 from 08M3SEDANSKI:

"I would like to see the ability to pull in from web data source the temperature and humidity every 15 minutes or so and attach to the rest of the Garmin data so you can see a history temp/humidity for various activities and normalize performance and heart rate data based on temp and humidity."

We do, of course, have temp, but adding humidity and/or dew point would be an amazing way to help with workout planning and race time prediction. Some way to correlate tem+humidity with heart rate, etc -- this would be fantastic!

Please add the ability for GC users to be able to choose a weather polling station that is closer to my home rather than GC pulling from a pre-set location (airport/TV station). The weather data that is populating into my Activity Logs is from a polling station 20 miles across town down by the river where it is typically cooler. Quite often there is a major difference in temperature and humidity between where GC is pulling the weather data from and the temperature at the location where I run.
