Nothing Works like promised

I received this device for Fathers Day. When I began using it, it worked OK, not as well as expected, but OK. Recently the device doesn't sync properly, it doesn't record properly leaving me with the time and the date. In contacting Garmin twice, I have received absolutely "0" satisfaction.

I have other Garmin devices. I think they should have stayed with GPS devices as they work quite well.

  • Well, you don't really describe the problem at all, so it is difficult to know what we are up against.

    Are you using the latest version of Garmin Express? Instructions are available here. Have you tried removing the device from Garmin Express and re-adding it? Instructions for to remove the device are available here. To re-add the device, click Add New Device. From there, this video shows the pairing process (don't follow the steps to create a new account since you already have an account).

    If you've tried all of this, perhaps it would be more useful to all of us if you described what happens when you press sync your VivoFit. Does Garmin Express show that the sync was successful? If not, what is the error message?
