Can't send courses with modern

Hi,

I can't send a course to my Garmin Edge 200 using the modern Garmin Connect. It says that there are no compatible devices, however when I go to the old style, I can send courses fine. I have no issues with Garmin Express and uploading activities works fine. Does anybody know how I can fix this? When Garmin Connect changes permanently, I won't be able to send courses at all.

Thanks, James.
  • I'd try to remove and re-add the device to Garmin Express.

I have the same problem. Removing from garmin express and re-adding doesn't help

new site problem with connection to the garmin servers

when i try to use garmin connect (new fashion), it recognizes the fenix2 but says "unable to establish connection with garmin server, try again" . and when i return to the old site, it works properly
i can retrieve my data on both sites . it's only the synchro with the new site which is a problem

I also have not been able to take from my courses listing in Garmin Connect to load into my Edge 200. (Won't recognize device). Would like to know if this just the way it's going to be in the future. Is Garmin aware of this? Garmin Express does recognize the Edge 200 and the automatic activity upload is painless. Did not like to hear when I installed that warning given that XP wil not work with this program in the future.

Garmin solved that for me on wondows 7 . It's due to the fact that I has a session with logon/password .
the process to solve it is to allow garmin express to establish internet connections
    You have to do

    1. push the two keys : Windows + R.

    2. Tapez « services.msc » then Enter

    It's done
