Garmin Connect won't update HR Zones on my Edge 500

Furthermore, tech support isn't front and center. I don't have hours to dig around and find an email address.

Both Modern/Express and Classic/Communicator will not accept changes to my HR zones. It did a few weeks ago, and then it reverted to the stupid default max HR and zones for no apparent reason. Attempting to set my HR and the default zones resulted in my HR and "cycling specific" (i.e. wrong) zones being loaded to the device. All attempts to change those settings now fail. And it's goddamned annoying to have to unplug the device, turn it on, wade through the poorly organized menus - why are HR zones under Bike Settings? I'm not a bike - to confirm that yep, nothing has actually changed.

What brilliant mind decided to remove the functionality allowing users to directly edit HR zones on the device? Because the current method is a pile of crap and not worthy of a $300 device.

    Not exactly front and center here... It is closer to low an to the right, but it should do the trick.

    As for your other questions, I've made it a policy not to respond to people who are angry. It helps keep my blood pressure down.

    Thank you for finding the support page which is not linked to from anywhere on Garmin Connect. That's actually useful for another issue I'm having.

    As for the rest of your comment, my anger was directed solely at Garmin. Since you're not a Garmin employee, there would be no reason for you to respond to that, right?
