My 310 XT power switch is giving me trouble. At times it is un-responsive to turning on. I try pressing with slightly different angles and can usually get it to power up after several tries. Now I can't turn it off. I've tried using an un-opened ballpoint pen, but can't seem to hit the switch. Any suggestions?
Hopefully I'm not stating the obvious here, but are you holding the power button in for a second or two to turn the device on/off? A quick press is not supposed to turn the device on.
I've tried holding the button in for a few seconds, for ten seconds and even for thirty seconds. All to no avail. I still can't turn it off. The rubber seal is getting pretty beat up too.
